• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activity occurring under your account, including actions by authorized staff and evaluators.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfere with platform security, performance, or reliability.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use or share.

3. Customer Data and Permissions

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and consents for the data you submit, including youth player and parent or guardian information. You retain ownership of your data, and you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and included features are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. AI-Generated Recommendations

The platform may provide AI-assisted recommendations (including team generation). These outputs are decision-support tools and should be reviewed by coaches and administrators before use. You are responsible for final roster and player decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including software, branding, and content we provide, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in and to the service.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required for security reasons, or as required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best XI Holdings, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data arising from or related to your use of the service.
